Tadalafil is a long-lasting treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), helping men achieve and maintain an erection. It contains the same active ingredient as Cialis but at a more affordable price. Tadalafil is often referred to as the “weekend pill” due to its extended duration of action, with effects lasting for up to 36 hours. It is available in 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg strengths, allowing flexible dosing depending on your needs. Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. Other ingredients may include lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium laurilsulphate and microcrystalline cellulose. Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, muscle aches and nausea. These are usually mild and temporary. Less common side effects may include allergic reactions, chest pain, prolonged erections (priapism) or sudden vision changes. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours.

Store below 30°C in the original packaging. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Tadalafil is suitable for men over 18 with erectile dysfunction only. Do not take if you are using nitrates or certain other medications, as this may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you have heart problems, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney conditions, or other underlying health issues. Avoid excessive alcohol, as this may increase dizziness and reduce effectiveness. Do not use alongside other erectile dysfunction treatments.
