Fexofenadine Antihistamine Tablets

Fexofenadine is a fast-acting antihistamine used to relieve hay fever and allergy symptoms, including sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, runny nose, skin irritation and hives (urticaria). It works by blocking histamine, the chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction.

Fexofenadine tablets are commonly used to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis, pet allergies, dust allergies and chronic hives. The medication is available in 120mg and 180mg strengths, with Fexofenadine 180mg often recommended for the treatment of urticaria and severe itching.

Fexofenadine is considered a non-drowsy antihistamine for most people and provides up to 24 hours of allergy relief with one daily tablet.

Fexofenadine belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. During an allergic reaction, the body releases histamine, which causes symptoms such as itching, swelling, redness, sneezing and watery eyes.

Fexofenadine works by blocking the action of histamine, helping to relieve allergy symptoms quickly and effectively. It usually starts working within 1 hour and continues to provide relief for up to 24 hours.
