How do I place an order?
To begin, simply browse the treatment area relevant to your needs and start an online consultation. You’ll be asked a few health-related questions so we can ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. After selecting your preferred option, a qualified clinician will review your responses. If approved, your medication will be securely packaged and delivered discreetly to your home.
Will my GP be informed about my treatment?
We recommend informing your GP of any new medication you are prescribed to ensure your records remain accurate. When placing an order, you’ll have the option to enter your GP’s details. For certain medications this step is required.
If you choose to provide your GP information, we’ll notify them with details of your prescription as part of our commitment to safe, responsible care.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. All payments are handled through a secure, encrypted system to protect your personal and financial information.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no visible indication of what’s inside. There are no logos or pharmacy labels—ensuring your privacy at every step.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on the option you choose. Standard delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class starts at £2.90, while Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 11am the next day is available for £13.95.
Is your service confidential?
Absolutely. Your medical information and order history are fully confidential and only accessible to our licensed pharmacy team and prescribers. For more details on how we protect your data, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
What do I do if I experience side effects or need help?
If you notice any side effects after starting treatment, contact your GP, a local pharmacy, or Genmeds for guidance. For severe reactions, seek immediate medical attention. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 999 right away.
What conditions do you treat?
Genmeds offers remote consultations and treatments for a wide range of conditions that can be safely assessed without an in-person examination. If you're unsure whether we cover a specific condition, or if you need urgent care, we recommend speaking with your GP or a local healthcare provider.
Do I need a prescription?
You don’t need to provide a prescription in advance. Instead, you’ll complete a short online health questionnaire as part of the ordering process. One of our licensed prescribers will review your answers, and if the treatment is suitable, they’ll issue a prescription at no additional cost.
Please note: For certain conditions, you may need to have already received a formal diagnosis from a GP or pharmacist before placing an order.
How do I make a complaint?
If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, you can raise a formal complaint by generating a support ticket once logged into your account. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within two working days and provide a full response within five working days. You’re also welcome to contact us by phone or email.
