Response Times

  • Urgent medical queries: If you believe your issue is urgent, please call your GP or call NHS 111. GenMeds is not a replacement for emergency services.


How to Raise a Complaint

If you’ve had an issue with your order or service, please let us know so we can look into it as quickly as possible.

You can make a complaint by either:

  • Creating a support ticket from the drop-down menu once you are on your account
  • Emailing us directly at help@genmeds.co.uk

Please include the following information to help us resolve your issue efficiently:

  • Your order number (if available)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • What outcome you’re hoping for

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to respond in full within 5 working days.

What If You're Not Satisfied?

If you're not happy with how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to contact our regulator, the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Click here to learn more.
